私からの経営基本方針を共有した後に、

各事業所が年間予算の実現に向けた計画を発表しました。

サゴーグループの経営基本方針である SAGO - Speedy Action and Goal Oriented を事業計画に反映するために、以下の3つを重点項目とします。

1. 数値目標の明確化と優先順位の設定
2. プロセスの最適化と効率化
3. 迅速な意思決定と行動

数値目標を明確にし、業務プロセスを最適化し、迅速な意思決定と行動を重視することが重要です。これにより、社業の永続的発展につながるチャンスを生み出すことができます。

SAGO - Speedy Action and Goal Oriented, the management principle of Sago Group, will be reflected in our business plan through the following three main points: 1. Clear definition and prioritization of numerical targets; 2. Optimization and streamlining of processes; 3. Swift decision-making and action. It is crucial to set clear numerical goals, optimize business processes, and prioritize prompt decision-making and action. This will create opportunities for sustainable development of our business.
